We've been dreaming about making this for years, and are super proud to introduce MagicReply, the AI Assistant for customer service.
Initially based on OpenAI APIs, MagicReply is coming to life in a new version. We worked hard for months to create a proprietary machine-learning model we could offer to our customers.
Using the recent outbreaks, we decided to leverage the power of large language models combined with conversational data to offer a set of features that solve problems customer service teams are facing every day:
📝 Conversation summarization, to make shifts and conversation handovers efficient between teams, departments, and reps, no matter the timezone.

I have a personal experience with this tool. It helps our team in many ways: I do not have to write the same thing 1000 times. There are shortcuts, so if the answer repeats, you can save it for later use. Also, there is a Live translation in many languages. If people ask so often (and they do), you can create your FAQ site. Thanks to Crisp. And edit feature after sending an email is also TOP. You can recreate the email until will be delivered to the receiver's mailbox. And now, the AI feature? Guys, you are pretty awesome!

The game while waiting for a response is brilliant, but that isn't even the best part, I love the free version. I have a small start up and that version will do wonders. It's a brilliant way to get yourself out there, plus the chat experience is nice.
Love it - used it for 3 years -high volume ( 75k conversaitons) - if magic reply goes live - needs to learn to generate responses from info uploaded in the crisp help-desk as well - otherwise, is a half baked solution - still - givining it a vote :D great work ! @baptistejamin

Congrats on this! A huge fan of Crisp after moving away from Intercom. Crisp is perfect for startups and new projects and allows the little guys to provide live chat support. Excited for this feature and continuing to utilize Crisp chat for my projects.
Crisp is already my go-to customer support platform. But I don't understand why some people still aren't using it. It keeps getting better and better!
