I built CrazySmartPDF because Excel's "Save as PDF" kept driving me up the wall — columns clipped at the page edge, rows split in half, and hours lost redoing print areas file after file.
CrazySmartPDF actually re-lays-out each workbook instead of doing a dumb print: no row is ever split across a page, wide columns are fitted or sliced across pages rather than clipped, and it reports anything it had to clamp so nothing vanishes silently. Point it at a whole folder and it renders every file in one pass, then self-checks each PDF and flags any blank or clipped page. Your number formats, colours and borders come through intact.

Would love your honest feedback. What's your worst Excel-to-PDF horror story?
Would love to see the option to save a custom layout profile, like specific margins, scaling, or header rows to repeat. Since I run the same batch types weekly, having presets would skip the small setup tweaks each time and make the tool feel even quicker.
A small feature I'd love: let me save custom page templates (margins, orientation, font size, header rows to repeat) so I can apply the same setup to the whole batch without re-entering it each time. Would make repeated monthly runs way faster.
