Hi Product Hunt, I'm the developer of Cowork Island.
If you run several AI agents at once, you know the loop: switch window, check, switch again. Cowork Island brings those sessions into one panel at the top of your Mac. Each compatible session is a card with its name, tool and status; the sessions waiting for an answer or an approval are separated from the rest; one click jumps back to the right terminal or app. Order the list, group sessions, flag priorities, mark reviewed work Done.
It works with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, Copilot and more. Available actions depend on the tool, and Codex support does not include regular ChatGPT chats.
Free is permanent: one session card plus a count of the rest. Pro shows every card and adds the jump from Needs you: 9.99 EUR one-time for one Mac, with a 7-day trial and no card. macOS 14 or later. No analytics in this release.
