I built it to make it easier to hide private details before sharing screenshots—for example, a customer’s email address or a name on an order confirmation.
With CoverUp, you can:
• Enter the specific words you want to hide.
• Find email addresses and review suggested matches.
• Draw covers manually over anything else.
• Download the edited image as a PNG.
Images are processed in your browser, and no account is required. CoverUp is currently free.
This is an early version. Text recognition can miss details, so please review every cover and the final image before sharing.
