CostLogic
Agent-powered construction takeoffs, estimates, and invoices
CostLogic is a construction takeoff and job-costing workspace with a powerful agent called Onyx. Onyx can perform actions on your behalf. Upload plans, detect rooms, calibrate scale, measure quantities, turn takeoffs into estimates, and send invoices, all in one browser-based workflow. Go from blueprint to invoice without stitching together five different tools, and turn days into hours or minutes of work.
Me and my co-founder noticed that there weren't enough tools in the construction space that were able to harness the power of AI in the way other industries have. You look around and you are either working in a program built in 2005, or talking to a thin GPT-wrapper that is prone to costly mistakes. We believe CostLogic strikes a balance between speed and control. Let us know what you think of the software!
