I am curious to know how it considers the estimates. For example, I can use a third-party app to get it down in minutes instead of building it from scratch. On what basis are the cost and estimates considered, as it doesn't layout the implementation plan?

How about adding option of picking developers from diverse geographies? Developer rates differ a lot across the globe.
Overall, the product is great. It's a valuable package for developers who work directly with clients, whether they're agency owners or freelance developers like myself. However, more training is needed.
