The idea for Coproly was born out of a simple observation: managing a building shouldn't feel like a second full-time job. Whether you are a volunteer manager (syndic bénévole) or part of a co-ownership, you've probably faced the same headaches: tracking expenses on messy spreadsheets, lost maintenance requests, and lack of transparency in decision-making.
We built Coproly to fix this. Our goal is to replace outdated tools with a modern, all-in-one workspace where:
Transparency is the default (real-time financial tracking).
Communication is seamless (dedicated community space and voting).
Maintenance is organized (structured ticketing for building issues).
We are just getting started and have a lot of exciting features on our roadmap (including more automation).
