Finally tried Copriciel for our small condo and the extranet setup was painless. Loved how the appel de fonds page just works without any fiddling, makes monthly headaches much easier.
j'ai testé pendant la période d'essai et l'envoi des appels de fonds est vraiment clair, ça m'a évité pas mal de mails en boucle avec mes copropriétaires. Le tableau de bord reste simple même quand on gère plusieurs immeubles.
Really clean interface for what is usually a dry topic. Love that the AG module is built right into the dashboard instead of buried in menus.
Really like how clean the dashboard feels for something that handles accounting, calls for funds, and AG docs all in one place. The layout makes it obvious you actually thought about what a busy syndic needs at a glance.
Love how clean the extranet dashboard looks, finally a coprop tool that doesn't feel like it was built in 2005. The fact that it works just as well for volunteer syndics as pros shows real thought went into the UX.
