Hi everyone, I built ConvoSentry after seeing the same problem again and again: a sales or support agent leaves, and the business's customer list leaves with them, copied straight out of WhatsApp.
ConvoSentry puts your existing WhatsApp numbers into one browser inbox for your team. Customer numbers are masked on the server, and copying, forwarding, downloads and deleting can each be switched off. Admins see every message. There's no Meta API, so no template approval and no per-message fees.
There's a 7-day free trial with one number and no card. I'd love feedback, especially from teams in real estate, sales and support.
