👋 Hi Product Hunt! I’m an indie iOS developer from Italy, and I built Converty because I was tired of using websites that require uploading personal files just to convert a format. My goal was simple: create a fast, privacy-first app that works entirely on-device, with no uploads, no accounts, and an interface that feels right at home on iOS. Version 3.0 is a complete redesign, adding batch processing, image compression and resizing, PDF tools, EXIF/GPS metadata removal, and support for many more file formats. I’d love to hear your feedback, ideas, and feature requests. Every comment helps make Converty better. Thank you for checking it out! 🚀

Who hunted Converty?

Converty was hunted by Vincenzo Gallina. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
