AI tools now write a big chunk of our interfaces. They're fast, but they don't actually know your design system, so they guess: a hex code that's almost your brand blue, a one-off button you already have, spacing that's close but not quite. Multiply that across a team and your product slowly drifts out of sync.
We're designers and builders, and we kept hitting this ourselves. The obvious fix is to give the AI more context, and tools like the Figma MCP do a little of that. But a raw Figma read only sees the design file. It doesn't know your real tokens, your component APIs, your rules, or how any of it is actually used in your code.
So we built Contexxt: one MCP that hands Claude, Cursor and Copilot your entire design system, in detail. Your tokens ranked by real usage, your components with their props and allowed values, and the exact token for any stray value an agent reaches for. So instead of guessing, your AI tools build new things that genuinely fit your system.
And because context alone doesn't guarantee the result, Contexxt also checks every pull request against that same system and flags what doesn't match.
It started as "just give the AI better context," but the more we built, the clearer it got: the value is in the depth of that context, plus proving the code actually followed it.
