Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I'm excited to introduce ContextVault
I built it because I kept running into the same problem: every time I started a new AI conversation, I had to rewrite the same prompts and explain the same context over and over. Existing tools didn't solve that the way I wanted, so I decided to build one.
ContextVault lets you save, organize, search, and reuse your AI prompts, context, and knowledge in one place, making it easy to pick up where you left off and stay productive.
This is just the beginning, and I have a lot more planned based on user feedback.
I'd love to hear what you think:
* What's your biggest frustration when working with AI tools?
* What features would make a tool like this indispensable for you?
Thanks for checking it out and supporting the launch! 🚀
How does it actually handle privacy with sensitive conversations, and is the Memory Pack stored anywhere or is it fully client-side?
How does ContextVault actually keep the memory pack in sync if I update the same project across two different AI tabs at the same time, or do I have to manually re-export after every edit?
Finally something that fixes the worst part of using multiple AI tools. Dropped in a long Claude thread about my startup and the memory pack actually pulled out the right details without me hand-holding it.
A small thing that would save me so much time: a "diff" view that shows what changed between the original chat and the restructured Memory Pack. Right now I have to read through both side by side to make sure nothing important got lost in the reformatting, especially around the tone or specific phrasing I want preserved. Even a simple before/after toggle would do the job.

Who hunted ContextVault?
ContextVault was hunted by Gabriel. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
