Hi Product Hunt. I'm Daniel. Senior SEO Manager at Adobe by day, and the person who built ContentGrapher after years of optimizing the wrong things.
Every tool I used told me what competitors covered. None of them told me whether what I'd actually written would hold up if AI tried to use it.
So we ran the research before we launched. Fifteen studies, all published with methodology and raw data on the site.
The one that changed how I think about content is the Sufficiency Study. AI doesn't read your page, it reads a slice of it. We tested 166 real questions across 30 real pages: a cross-family model panel said 89% of retrieved slices could not answer the question on their own. A human grader said 60%. Either number is most of the page.
So we built the pages our tool said were missing. The Findability Study: AI answered 84% of questions against the new pages. Against the original alone, 4%. The recommended page won 164 of 164 head-to-head comparisons.
We publish the nulls too. Splitting a page across two URLs doesn't help retrieval (Personalisation Study, 4 retrieval stacks, 192 readers). Structurally complete pages don't get cited more in Google AI Overviews (AIO Citation Study, 217 pages, coverage gap 0.011). Commercial pages don't need a leniency curve for missing depth (Depth Necessity Study, 100 pages, 802 ablations).
We even publish where our own tool has imperfections. The Presence Premium Study found that 62% of concepts our tool flags as "missing" can already be answered from the page. The flag is over-eager. But when the gap is genuinely real, fixing it lifts answerability 37% of the time, and 82% when removing the concept actually broke the answer. Presence matters once the gap is real.
ContentGrapher doesn't promise rankings or citations. It does one thing: it maps the concepts on your page, shows you which are too shallow to stand alone, and gives sentence-level guidance to close the gap. You re-analyze, the delta view shows exactly what moved.
5 free analyses, no credit card. Paid packs from $29 (Starter, 10 analyses) to $149 (Studio, 150). No subscription. Credits valid 12 months.

Who hunted ContentGrapher?
ContentGrapher was hunted by Daniel Cheung. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
