Conductor lets you run a bunch of Claude Codes all at once, on your Mac. Each Claude gets an isolated copy of your codebase. See at a glance what they're working on, then review and merge their changes.
Back in June, we started doing most of our dev work through Claude Code. It’s been so productive we even declared it a member of the team :)
We immediately wanted to get *more* Claude, but the tooling was tedious. At one point we tried cloning our repo into three directories and running Claude in each of them, but it felt like driving a Subaru with a jet engine strapped on.
We needed a tool that would push Claude to its limits and that we’d enjoy working in all day. So we built Conductor!
I can't imagine developing any other way, it's just so much fun. Partly because we use Conductor to build Conductor every day. But even more because it's so damn productive! I've merged thousands of lines of code with Conductor in the past month, and it's only going up.

Conductor is the coding sidekick I didn’t know I needed. Clean branch/archive handling, fast workflow, and even fun touches (yes, there’s literally a setting called “I’m not absolutely right, thank you very much” 😅).

I was juggling Claude Code + claude-flow separately for development, but Conductor brings it all together beautifully. Running multiple Claude instances in parallel with that clean UI and isolated workspaces is exactly what I needed.
Being able to see all agents working simultaneously and track changes in one place has transformed my workflow. The git worktree integration is brilliant too.

conductor is such a time saver! besides all features mentioned below, charlie always listen to feedback + iterate really quick. sign that this is really useful is cursor following conductor adds/deletes (might be spoiling)
Love it! Much easier to use with Claude Code than Cursor and the integration with Linear works great as well!
If you use Claude Code you have to give Conductor a shot. Feels great and changes the way you work. Plus a incredibly responsive team!

This is super cool — I do wonder how each CC instance knows to not clobber the work that other CC instances have completed if working on the same repo at the same time?
I admittedly have not used a ton of AI adjacent tools like this - I’ve been happy with just Claude Code on top of my normal dev workflow. However, Conductor is just insanely cool. It solves every paint point I’ve had with Claude Code, and has been a joy to use so far. It legitimately made me more open to pushing my AI workflow way beyond what I’ve been doing (I’m extremely pro-AI but try to only add in tools slowly or when I feel pain points). Can’t wait to see how this tool develops and wish the team the best.
I know many engineers use Claude Code in the CLI and I gave that a shot myself. It never really clicked for me. But when I started using Conductor, I instantly felt, “This is it.” For me, a refined user interface makes all the difference, and Conductor absolutely delivers on that front.
