Hi Product Hunt, I’m Udit, founder of Communicate. We built Communicate for teams that want faster customer support while keeping control over what an AI agent knows and does. Connect your help articles, product documentation, files, and past replies. Decide which tasks the agent is allowed to run. When a question needs human judgment, your team picks up the same conversation in a shared inbox. You can embed the chat widget on your website or share a hosted chat page. Per-agent analytics show common questions, answers, and handoffs. Developers can also use the REST API and a read-only MCP endpoint for scoped agent discovery. For the launch, lifetime access starts at $49 paid once, with monthly credits included at your tier's limits. The offer page has the full details: https://communicate.so/lp/lifetime. I’d love to hear where your current support workflow breaks down, and which answers or handoffs you would want to improve first. I’ll be here to answer questions. Try it at https://communicate.so, and developer docs are at https://developer.communicate.so.

hi Udit, what stuck with me is the bit where a real person picks up. I've been trapped in a chatbot loop at 2am more times than I want to admit, and knowing a human's waiting on the other end changes the whole feeling of it.

I think I’d test the handoff first That seems like the part where the experience could really make a difference.

I like that you can put the chat straight on a site without making the whole thing more complicated.

The lifetime offer is interesting I’m curious how the monthly credits work once you have a decent amount of support coming in.

I’d probably spend a lot of time looking at which questions keep coming up That could reveal some useful patterns.

Anything that saves people from repeating the same problem twice gets my attention.

The API caught my eye. Would be interesting to see how easily this fits into something you already have.

I’d definitely want to choose what it can do on its own. That part would matter to me.

Using old replies is a nice touch. There’s usually a lot of useful stuff sitting in past conversations.

This could be pretty handy for a small team where the same few people are answering support all day.

I really like the idea of not having to explain everything again when a person takes over.

Who hunted Communicate?

Communicate was hunted by Udit Goenka. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
