Hey, I'm the developer. Azure Repos doesn't have anything like GitHub or GitLab's contribution graph, so I built one as an extension. It scans every repo in the current project for a person's commits and real PR comments (not system events) and renders a year as a heatmap.
Runs entirely client-side using your own Azure DevOps credentials, no backend, nothing leaves your org. Free tier is your own graph forever; a $19/mo org-wide tier unlocks everyone in the dropdown for retros and reviews.

Azure Repos users have been asking for a GitHub-style contribution heatmap for a while — this fills a real gap. Does it pull data via the Azure DevOps API directly, or does it require some kind of local sync/webhook setup?
Does this work with private repos in Azure Repos, or do you run into auth issues? Asking because we have a mix of public and private and it's always a headache switching between tools to see activity across both.
