ADHD co-exists as many things at once: A superpower, an impairment, a difference. At its center is a person. Sometimes cognizant, productive, and flourishing. Other times caught in the gravitational force of something so strong they are unmoved even by the approach of enormous emotional, financial, or even legal consequences.

I've had ADHD my whole life, diagnosed as a kid. I can best describe my ADHD as phasing in and out of the present moment, in a sort of fugue state with anxiety upfront because of knowing I should be doing something. With an uncertain voice in the background that knows what I should be doing, but not how or where to start, or simply saying firmly "Just do it".

Comigo is focused on the part of ADHD that seems to cause the most problems for people: the performance impairment.

Many people with ADHD feel they start their day off strong, having a list of what they know they want to get done. But at the end of the day, the time has flown, and despite being busy and getting a lot of busywork done, the big things are often not completed, and we're left asking "What the f*** did I even do today??".

Comigo helps at this intersection of ADHD symptoms and the demands of modern life.

It helps by assuring we focus on getting the ONE THING done first. The ONE THING you would be most disappointed by if you didn't finish today.

I built Comigo to solve my own ADHD struggles by creating what I always needed - a tool that seamlessly combines productivity support with evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Using advanced AI, Comigo provides personalized, intelligent assistance precisely when executive function challenges arise, helping users break through task paralysis and build lasting self-regulation skills.

Good to see a tool that truly understands ADHD that will help the users to build self-regulation skills.

i've tried it, and i really love the concept of "the one thing", it's really helpful! Congrats on the launch!

Super helpful, all the best! @Comigo @jasonacurry

This is such a powerful description of ADHD. It’s true that ADHD can feel like a mix of superpowers and challenges, with moments of clarity and productivity, followed by times when everything feels overwhelming. I love how Comigo focuses on the performance impairment aspect, helping to prioritize that ONE THING that truly matters. It’s a game-changer for staying on track and making the most of each day. The simplicity of focusing on what really counts is so refreshing!

This hits so close to home — that feeling of being busy all day but somehow none of the important stuff gets done? Yep, living it.

I love the concept of starting with the one thing — feels way more ADHD-friendly than traditional to-do lists that spiral into decision paralysis. Curious, does Comigo help with setting that “one thing,” or do you have to know what it is already? Some days even picking the priority feels like the hardest part.

Also, does the AI adapt over time to notice patterns, like if I constantly avoid a certain type of task? Would love to hear how people are actually using this in the wild!

I really love the name 'Comigo'! I hope it helps a lot of people with ADHD. Huge congratulations on your launch! 🎉

I gave Comigo a try a while back, and it didn't quite work for me then. Looks like things have definitely improved! I'm tempted to dive in, but I want to know more about the customisability of the tool. For example, can we influence the "voice" of our Comigo. I have a custom GPT currently in ChatGPT that I've been playing around with, and the way it's learned to communicate with me really helps. It just doesn't have the interface Comigo has, so depending on how tailored we can make our Comigo, I might just jump in on that lifelong sub!

@jasonacurry @pdlug @dan_leopold This is a fantastic product for people with ADHD—it truly helps with productivity! I also appreciate the inclusion of meditation and relaxation practices, as they are just as important as staying focused. Are there more features like these coming in the future?

Comigo is an incredible solution for tackling ADHD-related productivity challenges! Combining therapy and productivity support in one app is such a smart approach. Congrats on the launch!

As someone with ADHD, the "ONE THING each day" approach sounds really practical. Most productivity apps overwhelm me with too many features, but focusing on one priority might actually work with my brain.

This really hits home! ADHD makes it so easy to stay busy but still miss the important stuff, and I love that Comigo focuses on getting that one thing done first.

Wow!!! It is really important for my kids and for me. I always feel so confused about the things. I have downloaded it and try it now!

I really appreciate the concept of The ONE THING, which helps users clearly define their goals and improve their motivation.

It sounds like you're really in tune with the complexities of ADHD, and it's fantastic that you've translated that understanding into a practical tool to support others facing similar challenges. It's also exciting to see how you've incorporated evidence-based therapeutic approaches with technology driven by Claude 3.7 Sonnet.

Congrats on the launch! Best wishes and sending lots of wins :) @jasonacurry

I like the feature that it provides personalized assistance for individuals with ADHD. I have one question: if we don’t complete the ONE THING by the end of the day, will it analyze the reasons for us?
