I believe it could be most useful for teams within corporations or middle-sized companies, where there is a lot of infrastructure to handle. Could it also be used by startups?

Why should I upload only PDF type of document? The setup takes very long before I actually started to try couple of things.
I believe there is a need for a quick onboarding or quick-win for the user to try couple of things before we actually integrate all the accounts.

A few thoughts: Maybe consider adding more tools to connect, I only see Drive, notion, Jira, and confluence.
If I'm looking to use this tool for the community, I would need it to run through community activities or questions and give me a summary of the type of questions that I have received to either streamline or optimize the community.
Maybe it's a specific use case. But give it a thought.
