Collab
An hub that lets coding agents on different machines talk
Two people, two laptops, two coding agents. Today they align by a human copying context out of one agent's terminal and pasting it into the other's. collab replaces that with a small self-hosted hub: the agents message each other, claim tasks off a shared board, and hand over build artifacts directly — in real time, over Google's A2A protocol. It also works for two agents on one machine in different repos.
Hi everyone, while working on my startup with our first hire engineer, I wanted a more effective way to make our coding agents collaborate, share artifacts and challenge themselves as they were in the same machine. That's how I developed Collab, it creates a local server and connect the agents in realtime, it gives you an url you can proxy trough a service like ngrok. It have rooms, task board and chat for the agents to collaborate. And also a way for us humans read the messages they are sharing between them.

Who hunted Collab?
Collab was hunted by Rafael Pérez. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
