Cold Mail Server
Managed email infrastructure for your cold outreach
Dedicated, isolated mail servers for outbound email. Unlimited domains and mailboxes from $49/mo. No warm-up, no bans, built-in Unibox. Cheaper than every alternative.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm excited to introduce ColdMailServer to the community.
We built it after seeing the same problem over and over: teams that wanted to scale outbound email were stuck choosing between expensive per-mailbox services, managing their own SMTP infrastructure, or constantly worrying about account bans and deliverability.
So we asked ourselves: What if email infrastructure "just worked"?
ColdMailServer gives you dedicated outbound email infrastructure that's designed specifically for cold outreach. Instead of spending weeks warming up servers or juggling dozens of inboxes, you can connect your domains, create unlimited mailboxes, and start sending almost immediately. It also includes a unified inbox for replies, deliverability monitoring, and automatic infrastructure management—all without charging per mailbox.
A few things we're especially proud of:
* 🚀 Dedicated outbound infrastructure without the DevOps headache
* 📬 Unlimited domains and mailboxes on flat-rate pricing
* 📥 A built-in Unibox that brings replies from every mailbox into one place
* 📊 Deliverability insights to help keep your campaigns healthy
* ⚡ Fast setup so you can focus on outreach instead of infrastructure
This is our very first Product Hunt launch of ColdMailServer, and we'd genuinely love your feedback—whether it's about the product, pricing, messaging, or features you'd like to see next.
Thanks for checking us out, and I'll be here throughout the day to answer every question. 🙌
flat-rate unlimited mailboxes is the part that'll actually get people to switch, per-mailbox pricing is brutal once you scale. genuine question before I'd trust a shared provider with cold outreach though: if another customer on your infrastructure gets flagged for spammy sending, is the isolation truly per-domain/per-IP, or is there any shared reputation surface that could drag my deliverability down because of someone else's mess?
how does the "no warm-up needed" claim hold up on a totally fresh domain with zero sending history - what's actually happening under the hood to build sender reputation from day one?
The Unibox integration right out of the box is a really smart move, keeps everything in one place instead of bouncing between apps. Nice execution on something most cold outreach tools make you patch together yourself.
Setup was painless and the Unibox makes managing multiple domains feel way less chaotic than juggling Gmail aliases. Price point is genuinely hard to beat for what you get.
The Unibox integration straight into the setup is a smart move, saves me from juggling another tab just to see what went out. Nice clean execution on something most competitors treat as an afterthought.
