This one came out of noticing that every tool I tried counted my minutes, and the number was always right and never changed anything. Counting measures the symptom. What I wanted was something that shows up in the ten seconds before the reach — and then gets out, permanently, once I can do it without help.
Coming Soon rather than a launch because there's nothing to try yet and I'd rather not waste your click. The first build goes to this list, one email, no drip sequence.
love that it doesn't shame you with timers or lockouts. the ten second pause thing actually felt useful, like a quick check-in instead of a lecture
The idea of the tool quietly stepping aside when you no longer need it is genuinely interesting. One thing that would make it even more useful for me is a weekly reflection prompt that asks which moments felt effortless and which ones still felt like a struggle, so I can see patterns over time instead of just in the moment.
Opened it during a work break and it actually nudged me to close the tab instead of timing me. The "you don't need me anymore" check after a few days felt oddly encouraging.
