I'm Kengo, an indie developer from Japan.
I often struggled with nights when I wasn't particularly anxious, but my thoughts simply wouldn't stop. The more I tried to sleep, the more my mind kept jumping from one topic to another.
While researching sleep techniques, I discovered Cognitive Shuffle — a method that uses unrelated words and mental imagery to gently interrupt repetitive thinking.
I wanted something simple that I could use without staring at a screen, so I built Zero Sheep.
Instead of counting sheep, the app slowly plays random words and lets you casually imagine them one by one.
