This started with a simple frustration: independent cafés and small restaurants still stitch their day together with a paper punch card, a printed menu, a separate ordering app that takes a cut, and no real way to get a first-time customer to come back. The all-in-one tools that do exist are mostly built for chains — and priced for them.
So I built Coffeeloc to put it all in one place: a digital loyalty stamp card, a QR menu, online ordering (dine-in / pickup / delivery — you get paid at the counter), a simple mini-website, and order ratings that quietly send happy guests to leave a Google review.
The biggest shift while building: I started "for cafés," but kept hearing the same needs from bakeries, bars and small restaurants — so I widened it to small hospitality in general, while keeping it dead simple.
