Coding Interviews module in Hyring's AI Interviewer agent records video, flags cheating, and generates detailed reports for recruiters. Test - Debugging, output prediction and full coding. Evaluate - Code quality, problem-solving, and optimisation ability.
As a co-founder, I’ve sat through hundreds of early technical interviews by chasing engineers, reviewing code manually, and wondering if we were missing great candidates (or letting the wrong ones slip through).
Today, I’m excited to introduce something we wish we had back then: AI-Led Coding Interviews inside Hyring AI Interviewer agent
No more: - Blocked calendars - Inconsistent evaluations - Missed red flags
Now, every candidate gets: A real-time interview with AI
- Evaluation of code quality, problem-solving & optimization - Cheating & effort signals, engagement analysis - Full video recordings and detailed reports - You can even test debugging, output prediction, and more.
This isn’t just faster hiring. It’s better hiring. Excited to see how HR teams use it.
I like Hyring's design, it gives a refreshing feeling for this upcoming summer.
Great work, Hyring team! How does the AI ensure standardisation in hiring decisions across different candidates ?
Great momentum! Keep it up
What’s next on the roadmap? Any hints? :)
I wouldn't want to work for a company using AI to interview and judge me, rather than take the time to do it themselves. As an employee, this would be a red flag.
How can automated interview systems stay effective as candidates learn to “game” AI assessments and adapt their preparation to exploit system patterns?
This is super interesting - especially for scaling teams. Is there any reporting or scoring after the interview, or do we watch the videos ourselves?
Nice work, Hyring team 🙌 How do you handle situations where candidates might try to cheat or get external help?
This sounds really interesting, it's kind of like Mercor but in-depth into code? What has been the success rate of flagging cheating? Also, does it optimize for special-need individuals, for example people with lazy-eye might end up being flagged on the algorithm.
🎉 Congratulations on launching Hyring on Product Hunt @adithyan_rk ! 🚀 Your AI Interviewer module sounds like a game-changer for coding interviews. The ability to record video and flag cheating is really impressive—it not only ensures integrity but also provides invaluable insights for recruiters!
I love how you’ve integrated debugging and output prediction into the evaluation process.
One suggestion I have is to consider adding an interactive coding environment where candidates can write code in real-time during the interview. This could enhance the experience and provide even more data points for assessment!
Kudos to the team! I'd love to hear how you're thinking about expanding features in the future! 💬
the fact that you're offering conversational, not just one-way interviews, puts this ahead of the pack. Much more candidate-friendly
Designing the Coding Interview experience was a fun (and slightly crazy) challenge 😅
I had to take something as technical and intense as a coding round — and turn it into a user experience that feels smooth, intuitive, and stress-free for both candidates and hiring teams.
Every detail mattered — from how questions appear to how feedback is shown, all shaped by a user-centered approach focused on clarity, comfort, and confidence.
Working closely with devs, founders, and HR folks gave me real insight into where candidate usually get stuck.
Proud of how it turned out. Clean, functional, and actually enjoyable to use 🙌
Excited to see this live on Product Hunt 🚀
Interesting tool. Appreciate especially that part with faking the interview. What has been the success rate with this tool? I mean – companies that already used it – were they satisfied with the candidates that were hired according to this process?
This sounds like a fantastic solution for streamlining the technical interview process! Automating and standardizing evaluations could save so much time and help in identifying the right talent more effectively. Best of luck with Hyring AI—it's bound to make a big impact! 🚀
We’re back with another AI agent in just 30 days after our last Product Hunt launch!
After working closely with our founders, developers, and HR teams, one thing became clear: technical interviews are messy, slow, and hard to scale.
So we built Hyring AI Coding Interviewer to fix that.
No scheduling needed, detailed reports and full video recordings included
Less chaos. Smarter hiring.
We’d love your feedback, check it out, and let us know what you think!
It’s been amazing to see how far Hyring has come since our first launch — and this one definitely feels like a big step forward.
Proud to be part of a team that’s constantly building and improving.
Excited for everyone to try out the Coding Interviews. 🚀
Excited to launch Hyring’s AI Interviewer-Coding Interviews on Product Hunt!
Now candidates can take interviews on their own schedule—no more calendar hassles. Every candidate gets a fair shot, and teams get reliable, consistent feedback. It’s a much more productive way to hire.
Looking forward to seeing how the community uses it!
