Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Sandeep, the developer behind CodexPulse.
A colleague of mine was one of the sharpest developers I knew — always shipping, always reliable. Then one quarter something quietly changed. His PRs were stalling, his standups got vague, and he seemed distant. When I asked, he said he just couldn't get anything done — but didn't know why.
