Codex Usage and Resets Plugin
Know your usage pace and resets. Let Codex help you plan.
CUAR is a local, read-only Codex plugin that gives Codex your current usage pace, Scheduled and Banked resets, and the facts needed to advise on the work ahead.
CUAR started with a simple frustration: a percentage remaining and a reset timestamp do not tell you what work you can take on. The useful signal is Delta—how far current usage is from a pace that would exhaust weekly Codex usage exactly at the Scheduled Reset.
CUAR reads the local Codex usage report, calculates Linear Pace and Projected Exhaustion deterministically, tracks Banked Reset Expirations, and can identify evidence consistent with a likely Unscheduled Reset—all without scraping social feeds or sending telemetry to Filament Labs.
It is a free, open-source community plugin for the Codex App, CLI, and VS Code. I would love to hear how you plan around your weekly usage limit and what you want CUAR to advise on next.
