I built Codapult after spending weeks rebuilding the same foundation every time — auth, billing, teams, admin — while the actual product waited.
The core idea is an adapter pattern: every external dependency (auth, payments, storage, jobs, embeddings) sits behind a clean interface. Switch from Stripe to LemonSqueezy? One env var. Move from managed auth to self-hosted? Same thing. No rewrites, no vendor lock-in.
