Hello, my name is Oleg Volovei. I am a bartender, and Nia Nova and I founded That Bartender Project. Today we are launching Cocktail Architect here.
When I developed drinks behind the bar, every new cocktail took many attempts, and each attempt meant spirits, cordials and preps poured down the sink. At best, somebody worked out the cost in a spreadsheet after the shift. Cocktail Architect came out of the need to see the result before the product and the time are spent.
You enter the spec of a drink, and the app shows its strength, sweetness, acidity, pH, bitterness, body and cost per serve, taking the ice and the method into account. The Workshop calculates cordials, infusions, fat washes and batches. Shift shows what every serve costs you from the prices on your invoices, and builds a purchasing list for the number of serves you expect. On the AI plans, a bar master built on Claude sonnet 5.5 develops cocktails and menus, and the physics engine checks its recipes.
