Introducing CoAnimator: The Agentic animation studio, where an AI agent becomes your co-animator. 🎬
We're a team building YourGPT, and we ship fast. Every release needs a video though, and that was the one thing we couldn't ship fast. A product demo took two weeks by the time drafts, reviews, and iterations were done. The product kept moving faster than its own videos.
So we built CoAnimator for ourselves. We've been using it internally for two months. Two weeks is now two days at most, and a first draft is ready in minutes. The launch video at the top of this page was made in CoAnimator. So was every other asset here.
Today we're opening it up.
🤖 Any agent becomes your co-animator: Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Cursor, OpenClaw, or anything that can read files and run shell commands ✍️ Create by describing: a demo or tutorial takes shape on the stage scene by scene, and you redirect at any moment 🎨 Edit by describing: say the look you want, and effects, captions, and overlays land on your recording 🔓 Editable, shareable projects: come back weeks later, change one scene, re-render. 🖥️ Fully local rendering: unlimited exports, no watermark on paid licenses, works offline ⚡ Coa CLI: headless rendering from scripts, cron jobs, or CI pipelines
Also: built-in templates for common video types, plugins for voice, music, screen capture, publishing, and research via MCP360. Runs on macOS, Windows, and Linux.
What's the video your team keeps putting off? A changelog clip, an onboarding walkthrough, a demo you've rewritten four times? Tell me what you'd point an agent at first and I'll say honestly whether CoAnimator handles it today or whether it's still on the roadmap.
I'll be in the comments all day. Tell me what you'd animate first, and roast the rough edges — we ship fast. 🙏
