I'm Dave, 19 years old, and I built CoachBloc while finishing my final school exams. I have been going to the gym since 2 years and am very passionate about it.
The idea came when I was going through reddit for fitness information and observed a simple thing. Fitness coaches complaining about how bloated some fitness program delivery softwares were or how they have been using Google Sheets and wanting an alternative.
Their clients ignore the programs, nothing gets tracked, and the coach has no visibility into whether anyone is actually following the program.
So I built the simplest version of this possible. Coach builds a program, gets a shareable link, sends it to the client. Client opens it in their browser, logs their workouts directly. Coach sees everything in real time. No app download. No client account. Just a link.
