I built Coach Ledger because independent coaches often begin with heart, knowledge, and a desire to help—but their business systems are scattered across documents, calendars, inboxes, payment tools, and handwritten notes. My goal was to create a calmer place to manage the practical side of coaching while keeping professional scope, client choice, and clear communication visible throughout the workflow. I would especially value feedback from independent coaches about onboarding, session organization, client communication, and the features that save them the most time.
