I am Tanya! I have been building ClueDay.com for the past three months and I'm excited to share it with folks here. ClueDay is a clue-based daily word game. Everyday you get 5 clues to guess the mystery word of the day.

I grew up in a family obsessed with playing Scrabble, doing word puzzles and crosswords in the newspaper. This game started as an extension of the family tradition. It's growing into something bigger thanks to an amazing community, and I'm excited to keep building it.

6 layers of the brain activated thinking of 6 letter words! Amazing concept. curious to know how ‘difficulty’ of the clues and its ordering are set up when they are revealed!
This is super cool! I love playing word games and everyday I wait to play Wordle. This is such a fun game, especially being 6 letters, so we can't use our daily Wordle words and that makes me think more. I love the concept of the clue-based words!
Interesting idea to make Wordle feel much more intellectual than just guesswork. Too hard for my tiny brain anyway 😅
Loved the game. I also do some comedy writing and am in the look for the best word for a joke. This game is kinda like the practice session where I stress test my vocabulary.

This game is so much fun! I always struggle with Wordle type games, but the clues get me thinking. I know I’ll get better with time (I think)

Such a good daily game. Perfect combination of intentional guessing and randomness. Having the time component makes it compelling to play everyday and improve.
Really enjoy this game! It makes me feel like I'm solving an escape room and a wordle at the same time. The time tiebreaker for the scoreboard adds extra pressure and makes it that much more fun!
How do you decide which words make the cut for the daily puzzle, and is there a way to suggest custom word lists for a future paid version?
