I'm Mizanur Rahman, maker of CloudRaptor.

Quick backstory. I was running multiple websites and started with shared hosting like most people do. It works fine until you get some real traffic. Then it starts. Site slowing down, RAM maxed out, CPU throttled. You upgrade the plan but nothing really changes because everything is still shared.

So you think okay, let me move to a VPS or cloud server. But then a whole new problem shows up. Linux, terminal commands, server configs. If you don't have a DevOps background, it's a nightmare.

I've been through all of it. Tried open-source panels. Got hacked once and lost dozens of sites overnight. Couldn't even figure out where the security gap was. No backup either. Total disaster. Used paid service too. Performance was good, but the monthly bill kept climbing, and I still didn't have full control over my own server.

That's when it hit me. Speed, security, and cost. I'm not compromising on any of these three.

Been working on this since 2023. Researching, planning, building. And today it's finally here.

A few things we focused on the most:

  • Dashboard that's actually fast. Click something, and it responds instantly. Faster than any alternative out there.

  • One-click WordPress setup. Server ready, site live, done.

  • Security with zero shortcuts. I lost my own sites to a hack before. Built this so that doesn't happen to anyone else.

  • Every site runs in its own isolated Docker container. One site has a problem, the rest stay completely safe.

  • Lightweight monitoring through our server agent that doesn't slow your server down just to tell you what's happening on it.

We're still early stage. This is our first launch and I genuinely want to hear what you think. What's good, what's missing, what doesn't make sense.
