I'm Edwar, and I built Cliprithm out of frustration. I was spending more time editing silence out of my videos than actually creating content. Existing tools were either too expensive, left watermarks, or required a PhD in video editing.
So I built Cliprithm — a free, open-source desktop app that automatically detects and removes silent segments from your videos. It's built with Tauri + React + Rust, and it runs entirely on your machine (no cloud uploads, no privacy concerns).
