I'm Sebastián, founder of WebmasterA — we build web and digital solutions for businesses across Colombia. Clienteli came out of something I kept seeing over and over with our clients: they were getting sales inquiries on WhatsApp all day, but couldn't respond fast enough, and leads went cold or went to a competitor.
We tried recommending generic chatbots first, but they felt robotic and customers could tell — rigid menus, no real understanding of what people were actually asking. So we decided to build our own agent, one that actually reads context and can carry a real sales conversation, not just answer FAQs.
It took a few iterations to get the tone right — we wanted it to feel like talking to a helpful person, not a script. We're already running it in production with our first client, and Meta recently verified our business, which means we can now scale it to unlimited WhatsApp numbers.
