Most small product teams spend days reading hundreds of customer messages, GitHub issues, and coding-agent failure traces trying to figure out what to build next. In this era, small AI native teams in B2B can outperform large companies. Cleo does that work for you. Connect your sources, hit Run, and Cleo writes a one-page brief: the top bet, the customers asking, the evidence chain, the draft spec. Cleo watches your metrics and tells you honestly: worked, partially, did not work, or too early.

I built Cleo because I kept watching small product teams burn Monday mornings reading 300 messages instead of making decisions. Customer feedback in Slack. GitHub issues. Sentry errors. Customer call notes. And now failure traces from Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor when those agents get stuck. It is too much input for one founder or one PM to hold in their head every Monday. So I made an operator that does the reading. You connect your sources, Cleo writes the one-page brief by Monday morning, you ship the call. Two weeks later Cleo watches your metrics and tells you whether the fix actually moved a number. It is rough in places and I know it. I am looking for 3 founders or PMs willing to use it free for 30 days and tell me where it falls short. If that is you, drop a comment or DM me.

Coding agents gave every team more velocity.

Cleo gives them product memory.

Built for startups who're becoming 100x companies, apply here to be one of the first: https://cleo.axcelner.com/

I've been using coding agents for uni projects and when they spiral it's genuinely hard to tell if it's a prompt issue, a context issue, or just a bad spec. the idea that Cleo can spot a pattern across multiple failures and surface it as a product signal rather than a one-off bug is actually a different way of thinking about it. but when Cleo says a fix 'did not work' after two weeks, does it tell you why it didn't work, or just that the metric didn't move?

covering coding-agent failure traces is the part nobody else taps. nice angle

Summarizing failure traces from tools like Cursor or Claude Code is a very specific, useful niche. Sometimes It is hard to see the pattern of why an agent keeps failing across different files. Does Cleo suggest the actual code fix, or just the high level why behind the failure?

Congrats on the launch!
Closing the loop from customer signal to shipped feature is exactly where most small teams bleed time. Does Cleo help prioritize across conflicting signals (e.g. one big customer vs many small ones), or is that still a human call?

An AI Product Operator sounds like it could bridge the gap between PMs and devs. Does Cleo integrate directly with Jira or Linear to manage the actual ticket lifecycle?

Who hunted Cleo AI?

Cleo AI was hunted by Yashas Gunderia. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
