Have been using this for a while now. Slack provides us incredible level of personal touch with our customers, but it can get quite crazy with all the threads getting created right left and center..clearfeed helps us stay on the ball, and keep our sanity :)

Congratulations to the team at ClearFeed on the launch. We've been evaluating the ClearFeed product for the last couple of weeks and have been impressed by the value add it's features bring, as well as the excellent support from the team at ClearFeed. Maintaining a transparent single source of truth for the status of multiple customer slack requests is hard, and ClearFeed looks like it will go a long way (or even all the way) towards solving that problem. Keep up the good work! Look forward to seeing the future items you've got on the roadmap being implemented.
