We built CLEAR Talent because performance management had become a fragmented administrative exercise. Goals lived in spreadsheets, feedback arrived too late, competency frameworks took months to build, and managers reached review season without the evidence or context they needed.
What began as a better way to run reviews evolved into one connected performance system: organization goals, OKRs and KPIs; continuous feedback and 360° reviews; competencies and development plans; 1:1s, calibration, succession and analytics.
The biggest evolution was Ava, our AI teammate. Ava drafts goals and summaries, generates competency frameworks, organizes feedback themes, and surfaces coaching or potential bias prompts. But she never makes the decision—managers and HR review the context and remain accountable.
We also built for global adoption: web, iOS and Android, 16 languages, and a focused implementation that works alongside the HRIS or payroll platform you already use.
