I run Chiggle Academy, a 20-week founder programme for ages 14+ where AI is treated as a co-founder rather than a replacement. The single highest-leverage thing we teach in week one isn't a tool — it's a habit: structure your prompt before you send it.
The framework is called CLEAR — Context, Length, Examples, Accuracy, Role. The element almost everyone drops is Accuracy: explicitly telling the AI to say when it's unsure and to separate facts from guesses. That one line is your defence against hallucinations, inside the prompt itself.
