Solo house cleaners lose hours every Sunday: tracking payments, hand-typing reminder texts, and copying invoice templates. CleanSched fixes this. Share one booking link—clients pick their time, automatic email reminders send, and unpaid invoices get gentle nudges. Built specifically for solo operators, not dispatch crews. No team bloat, no appointment caps—just $9/mo (or $49 lifetime launch deal). Brand new, built in public, 14-day free trial (no credit card). Looking for honest feedback!
Hey Product Hunt,
I'm Musthak, solo developer, building this in public. I started CleanSched after talking to a handful of solo cleaners who all told me the same story — Sunday night in a spreadsheet, typing reminder texts by hand, chasing the two or three clients who always pay late. None of them wanted maid-dispatch software. They wanted the boring loop closed: clients book, reminders send, invoices chase themselves.
Here's what V1 does:
-> Clients book their own slot from one public link — no phone tag, the request drops straight into your schedule
-> Automatic email reminders before each clean + a gentle nudge on unpaid invoices
-> Recurring cleans (weekly / biweekly) so the schedule fills itself, plus a dashboard that shows who's paid and who owes at a glance
What it doesn't do yet (being honest — it's Day 9 of shipping):
-> No built-in checkout yet. The $9/mo and $49 launch-deal payment links go live this week; for now the 14-day free trial works end to end (no credit card)
-> No native mobile app — it's a responsive web app, works on a phone browser
-> Solo only by design — there are no team/dispayroll features, and I don't plan to add them. This is for one cleaner, not a crew
I built this with Next.js, Supabase, and Resend on a $0 budget, and I've verified the full loop end to end myself (booking round-trips into the database, reminders fire). No cleaner has used it in production yet — that's exactly why I'm here.
I'd love feedback, especially from anyone who actually cleans houses solo:
1. What's missing that would make you switch from your current spreadsheet?
2. Is $9/month the right price — too high, too low?
3. What in the signup or first 2 minutes felt confusing?

I'll be here all day and replying to every comment. Ask me anything.

Who hunted CleanSched?
CleanSched was hunted by R.M. Musthak. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
