Claude Squad
Multiplayer AI coding - split the work and the cost
Claude Squad is a self-hosted multiplayer coding tool. Your whole team shares one session, each person connects their local Claude Code as an agent with one command. You describe what to build, an orchestrator splits it into parallel tasks, agents run simultaneously on separate branches, then everything auto-merges into one PR. Token cost divides across everyone who joined. MIT licensed, runs on free-tier infra (Vercel + Supabase + Partykit). Your API keys never leave your machine.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built Claude Squad because I kept running Claude Code solo while my teammates did the same, everyone paying separately, working in isolation, then manually reconciling branches at the end.
The idea is simple: one shared session, everyone brings their own Claude Code, an orchestrator fans the work out in parallel, and the cost divides automatically across the team.
It's fully self-hosted (MIT, free-tier infra) ,your API keys never leave your machine, nothing
touches a server.
Would love to hear from anyone who tries it. Especially curious if the orchestrator's
task-splitting feels natural or if you'd want more control over how work gets divided.
