ClassGrade Pilot
AI rubric grading for teachers inside Google Classroom
ClassGrade Pilot is a Chrome extension that opens as a side panel in Google Classroom and grades written assignments against your own rubric. Import student submissions, get rubric-aligned scores and feedback in seconds, review and approve every grade, then send them back to Classroom. You stay in control: the AI drafts, you decide. Free plan includes 30 student credits/month; Pro unlocks unlimited rubrics and credits.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built ClassGrade Pilot after watching teachers lose entire weekends to stacks of essays and short-answer responses in Google Classroom.
The idea is simple: open a side panel right inside Classroom, pick your rubric, and get a draft score plus rubric-aligned feedback for each student in seconds. Nothing is ever sent back automatically — you review, tweak, and approve every grade before it goes back to Classroom.
What it does:
• Works directly in Google Classroom (no copy-pasting between tabs)
• Grades against YOUR rubric, not a generic one
• Writes specific, criterion-by-criterion feedback students can act on
• Teacher-in-the-loop: approve or edit every grade
There's a free plan (30 student credits/month, 2 saved rubrics) so you can try it on a real assignment today.
I'd love your feedback — especially from teachers: what would make this a must-have in your grading workflow?
