ciopulse came out of a frustration most IT leaders will recognise. The service desk dashboard glows green, every SLA target met, every ticket closed within window — but the people you support keep saying IT is letting them down. The "green watermelon" problem: green outside, red inside.
Existing satisfaction tools did not solve it. Generic survey platforms have no idea what an incident, an agent, or an ITSM is. ITSM-vendor surveys ask the support team to grade its own homework. Quarterly engagement surveys arrive stale and aggregate every signal into a number nobody can act on.
So we built ciopulse: a real-time CSAT platform purpose-built for enterprise ITSM. Every resolved ticket triggers a short ciopulse survey. Every response is tied directly to the specific incident, agent, and team. PulseAI reads every open-text comment automatically and surfaces themes (think "VPN issues at 9am" or "password reset confusion") within hours, not months. Detractor scores trigger automatic recovery, average time from a bad score to a recovered ticket is around 18 minutes versus an industry average of 2.3 days.
