ChurnLoop is an AI lifecycle agent for SaaS teams. It plugs into your product's event stream, watches how every account behaves, and files a morning briefing on what changed — who's drifting toward churn, who's ready to upgrade, who went quiet. For each signal it drafts a playbook: the email, the offer, the outreach. You approve, it acts. No dashboards to babysit, no queries to write. Churn prevention and lifecycle ops on autopilot. Set up in minutes, 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

What pushed me to build it was noticing that building SaaS stopped being the hard part. Anyone can ship a product in a weekend now — the thing that actually kills small SaaS is operating it: noticing users drifting away, knowing why, and doing something before they cancel. Every founder can recite their churn number. Almost none can describe the system they run to change it. The playbooks exist — "trial user stuck on setup for 3 days → send the unblock email", "usage down 50% for two weeks → personal check-in" — but they live in the founder's head, and the founder is heads-down shipping. Retention work doesn't fail loudly; it just silently doesn't happen. The existing tools all miss this. Lifecycle tools like Customer.io and Intercom hand you building blocks and assume you're a growth marketer. Analytics tools tell you what happened but never act. Churn tools like Churnkey only show up at the cancellation screen — which is the last event in a churn story, not the first. LLMs are what made it buildable. Two years ago "an ops colleague you don't have to pay" would've been vaporware; now an agent can genuinely read your event stream, tell you in plain English what changed, and draft the intervention for you to approve. So I built ChurnLoop as a colleague, not another dashboard — you shouldn't have to log in, build segments, or write campaigns.
