Chronokura
A one time purchase time tracking and invoicing app for mac
Track time, manage clients, and create invoices — all on your Mac. No subscription, no cloud, no data hostage. Built for freelancers who are tired of paying monthly fees for tools they never truly own. Includes local AI, iCloud sync, and PDF invoices. One-time purchase, yours forever.
I wanted this app for a long time but existing tools were either too expensive, subscription-based, or cloud-only. With AI I finally had the "manpower" to build it myself.
I went with local LLMs via Ollama because client data should stay private — especially in Europe where regulations around client data are strict. I didn't want to share sensitive business data with third-party servers.
And I was simply tired of subscription tools that hold your data hostage. Miss a payment and lose your history — data you need to run your business. With Chronokura you buy it once and own it forever. Your data stays on your Mac.
