Hi Product Hunt, I'm Lucas, an airline pilot flying out of Barcelona, and I built Choppy because I was tired of retyping my roster into a logbook every month.
Airline pilots get a published roster with every flight they'll do. The logbook apps I tried either couldn't read it, or charged LogTen prices for the privilege. So Choppy imports the roster (PDF, CSV, XML or TXT, 80+ airlines so far), creates the flights, splits night time to the minute from civil twilight, and lets you fix the odd deviation in bulk afterwards.
The rest grew from what I actually needed on the line: a guided EASA flight time limitation check, FCL.060 / FAA 61.57 recency, licence and medical expiry reminders, METAR/TAF/NOTAM per airport, airport diagrams, and a map replay of every route flown. It's offline-first because the cockpit has no signal, and it syncs when you land.
