Saigon drivers circle for 20 minutes to park. Meanwhile driveways sit empty all day. ChoDauXe lets anyone list a private space by the hour and lets drivers book it before they arrive. Free to list, no app install, OpenStreetMap-based.
I built ChoDauXe because parking in Ho Chi Minh City is genuinely miserable. You leave early for a 7pm dinner, spend 20 minutes circling District 1, then park somewhere sketchy and spend the meal worrying about your car.
Meanwhile, thousands of driveways and apartment slots sit empty all day while their owners are at work.
ChoDauXe connects the two: hosts list a space by the hour, set their own price and hours, and it's free to list. Drivers reserve before they leave home.
Being honest about where it is: 62 listings, Ho Chi Minh City only. It's a two-sided marketplace at the cold-start stage, and right now the hard half is supply, not demand.
What I'd love feedback on: the host onboarding. Convincing someone to let a stranger park in their driveway is a trust problem, not a UX problem, and I'm not sure I've solved it. If you've built supply-side onboarding for a marketplace, I want to hear how you did it.
