I built Chngd because I kept skipping changelogs, either too busy shipping to write one, or writing one a week later from memory and getting the details wrong.
It connects to your GitHub repo, and Claude drafts a customer-readable changelog entry from your actual commits and PRs. You review, edit, and publish, nothing goes out automatically. Once published, it's live on a hosted page, an embeddable widget, and emailed to your subscribers.
It's solo-built, free to start with 1 project and manual sync, and $19/mo unlocks unlimited projects, automatic sync on every push, and no branding.
Would genuinely love feedback, especially from anyone who's tried (and abandoned) keeping a changelog updated by hand.
