Hey Product Hunters! 👋 I'm excited to introduce Chestly, an app born from a personal need and developed into something I hope can help many others. As a solo developer, I often found myself asking, "Where did I put that thing?" One too many frustrated searches later, I decided to create a solution. That's how Chestly was born – a simple, intuitive app to keep track of all your belongings. When RevenueCat announced their Ship-a-ton challenge, it was the push I needed to transform Chestly from a personal project into feature-rich app. The challenge not only motivated me to invest more time and effort but also provided an excellent opportunity to learn about integrating subscription models using the RevenueCat SDK. Chestly has evolved from solving my own organizational challenges to potentially helping anyone who's ever misplaced something important. With features like visual cataloging, storage management, and Siri integration, I hope it can make life a little easier for fellow forgetful folks and busy households. I'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback. How do you keep track of your belongings? What features would make Chestly even more useful for you? Thank you for checking out Chestly. Here's to never losing your (keys, or old CDS, or socks) again! https://apps.apple.com/ph/app/ch...

This launch is so exciting! I can't wait to try it out and finally say goodbye to those endless searches around the house! 🙌
This is exactly what I need when I move to a new apartment next time. I could use this to know in which box can I find this and that. It could save a lot of time. Do you plan to release the app on other platforms as well? Like android or making just a webapp?
I always struggle to remember where I stored things. This is going to be a gem for my home organization!
I've been wanting something like this for ages! No more asking where things are. Love the idea of asking Siri
Great launch! This is a tool a lot of people could use in their day-to-day lives.
I'm curious about how Chestly handles data privacy. Can we trust it with sensitive information?
I love the idea behind Chestly. @viennshi One feature I think could be useful is push notifications or reminders for items you haven't used in a while. It could even help with decluttering by prompting users to check whether they still need certain things. Overall this is such a neat concept.
Kudos to the developer for creating this! I can totally relate to losing track of items it drives me crazy.
I think Chestly is a very promising app@viennshi but How does it handle shared or frequently moved items? If I catalog something in one room and then it gets moved by someone else, will the app still be able to track it accurately? It's a solid idea just wondering how practical it is in a dynamic environment.
I’d love to see more features in the future! I think this app has a lot of potential to grow.
I’m looking forward to trying the app shortcuts. It sounds like it’ll save me time when I need to find things.
This is such a brilliant concept. @viennshi Managing a household can be so chaotic and Chestly seems like the perfect solution to avoid the daily ‘where did I put that?’ stress. I can see this being a hit, especially for busy families. Keep up the amazing work it’s going to make life a lot easier for so many.
Chestly looks like a genuinely helpful tool especially for people like me who always forget where I put things. @viennshi While I love the Siri integration I think the initial setup process could be a little time consuming if you have lots of stuff. Still once it’s done I imagine the app would be a total time saver.
This app seems like a lifesaver. I love the idea of being able to locate items just by asking Siri. I was wondering can Chestly be used across multiple devices in the same household so everyone has access to the same catalog? This could be a game changer for larger families. Amazing work on this.
