We are excited to launch checklist.gg version 2.0.
Checklist.gg is an AI-driven checklist management tool.
It is our second version. In order to avoid errors and mistakes on repeatable tasks and processes, we came up with the idea. We use it internally at BlockSurvey to refine processes. We found it useful, so we decided to share it publicly.

Effective productivity tools often come from within companies. Many companies, before developing and launching or starting a major project, tend to customize an internal checklist. This checklist often ends up creating a significant number of tasks that need to be assigned to different people. Clearly, this process can be made more efficient with AI, and ChecklistGG has done just that. However, whether this truly has a competitive advantage remains to be seen. Why not directly use DeepSeek or ChatGBT to generate checklists? Why not reuse checklists that others in the company have already used?
Congrats on launch! How does it know what tasks I need to do? Taking a random guess?
Like the other comments said, the interface is pretty intuitive and beautiful. The tool seems advanced and there's many options, haven't tried everything yet.
The generative AI for tasklist works well, the only flaw was that it multiplied a column 3 times, but it's normal to happen I guess.
